On a paid Teams plan, you can watch a match or a collection in Content Finder. Gondola then keeps checking for new matching posts until the date you choose. Watching is separate from running a one-time search.
Set up watching
- Open the match or collection in Content Finder.
- Select Watch this match.
- Pick a Watch until date. The default is 90 days.
- If you want, turn on auto credit for high-confidence matches, and choose the person and role to credit.
- Save, then check that the page shows the date you intended.
To build a collection, upload a ZIP of images (up to 20 MB), or add images one at a time with ＋ Add another image to make this a collection.
Review matches
Return to the match or collection to see new results and its watch state. Review each new match before treating it as a confirmed use of your work. Use auto credit only when the person and role are accurate for every high-confidence match.
Change or stop watching
The watch state shows whether an item is being watched, not watched, or expired. Select Edit watch to change or extend the date. Deleting a collection stops watching it and cannot be undone.
Access
Watching requires a Manager or Member seat on a paid team. An individual PRO subscription does not include it. Watching checks the posts in Gondola, not the whole internet.
