You can email a creator through Gondola from their profile. Your message is sent with your account's email address as the reply address, so the creator sees it and replies go straight to your inbox.
Send a message
- Sign in and open the creator's profile.
- Select the envelope icon. It appears only when the creator accepts messages.
- Write a clear message: your project, what you need, and how the creator can reply.
- Check the subject and, if you want, Send me a copy. Then send.
PRO users and team members can change the subject; other accounts use the default subject. After a message is sent, Gondola adds the creator to your Favorites.
Invite someone to apply
If you are a Manager or Member on a team, choose Invite to apply to an open job and pick one of your team's open jobs. If the message is empty, Gondola fills in an invitation with the job link. If you already wrote a message, Gondola keeps it and doesn't add the link, so paste it yourself. An invitation does not submit an application or hire the creator.
If sending fails
You and the creator both need an email address on your Gondola accounts. Check the error shown in the app and that you are signed in. If you need support, include the creator's Gondola profile link and the error message. A sent message does not mean the creator has read it or will reply.
