Some actions in Gondola cost tokens. Your balance belongs to your own account; it is not shared with a team. Open Settings → Billing & Tokens for your balance, next monthly grant, price, and history.
What uses tokens?
- Creator Search: later pages of results, on Free and PRO.
- Content Finder: searches, on Free and PRO, when Content Finder shows a token price.
- Stats refresh: on Free only. PRO includes it.
Manager and Member seats on a paid team don't spend tokens on these. Bulk import and bulk credit require PRO or a paid Teams seat and never use tokens. Gondola shows the price before you confirm an action.
Monthly allowances
After you accept Gondola's terms, you get a monthly token allowance. It renews on your own monthly date, not necessarily the first of the month. Monthly tokens expire at the next renewal unless your plan rolls them over. See Plans for the allowance and rollover of each plan.
Buy tokens
Buying tokens requires PRO and accepted terms. On the Free plan, use your monthly allowance or upgrade to PRO to buy more. The billing page shows the price per token and the minimum purchase. See Plans for how long purchased tokens last. Expired tokens leave your balance, and Gondola spends the tokens that expire soonest first.
History
Your history in Settings → Billing & Tokens lists each grant, purchase, and charge. Check it for the action you are asking about.
