Add a post to Gondola with its original social link. Use the link to the individual post, not a profile, feed, or search page. Gondola imports links from networks including Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
Import a link
- Select Add Posts on Explore or on your profile.
- Choose Any social link(s).
- Paste the complete post URL.
- Wait for Gondola to find or import the post.
- Open the post and add accurate credits. Importing alone does not credit you.
Import many posts
The same dialog offers account imports and List of links. Both require PRO or a paid Teams seat, and they do not use tokens. During a PRO trial they are unavailable until you activate PRO. List of links also requires a username.
Check progress or failures
Open My Imports from your account menu to see the posts you imported. Select Failed Imports to see links that did not import. Imports can keep running in the background.
If a link fails, check that the original post still exists and is public, and use the post's direct URL. Private, deleted, or unavailable posts cannot be imported. If the problem continues, send support the original URL.
