A project groups related posts and details in one place. Use it to tell the story of a campaign, production, event, or body of work.
Create a project
- Open Projects from your account menu and select Add a Project.
- Add the client, name, description, tags, location, dates, and cover.
- For a personal project, choose whether it is public, and save.
- On the project page, add related Gondola posts, collaborators, and behind-the-scenes material. Import missing social posts first.
A personal project belongs to you. A team project belongs to its team and follows the team's access rules, even if you created it. Team projects have no visibility setting, and creating or editing them requires a seat on a paid team.
Feature a personal project
To feature a personal project on your profile, it must be public, have at least one post, and credit you on every post. Team projects and archived projects are not featured.
A featured project that is private or has no posts still saves, but it doesn't appear on your profile until it meets those rules.
A missing credit is different. If you feature a new project and you aren't credited on all of its posts, Gondola saves it without featuring it. If you feature a project while editing it, the save fails and none of your changes are saved. Add your credit on each post, then save again. Only add credits for work you really did.
Sharing and editing
Check the project's visibility before you share its URL. Visitors see the public project details, not the team's workspace. If you cannot edit a project, check that you own it or have a seat on its team. A project with contracts can have limits on deletion and other changes.
