A program groups a team's projects so you can coordinate work and collaborators across an ongoing initiative. A standalone project is a single project outside a program. Programs require a paid team.
Who can do what
Team members can view a program and comment on candidates. Only a team manager can add or change projects, roles, candidates, stages, fees, collaborators, posts, and finance. Creators hired for the work can see their own view of it without access to the team's workspace.
Organize work
- Select the team and open the program.
- Review the program's projects, dates, location, clients, and status.
- As a manager, create new projects inside the program.
- Add collaborators and review their roles, stages, and deliverables.
- Add the relevant posts to measure the work delivered.
To move an existing project into or out of a program, contact support. A program and its projects cannot be moved to another team. Contracts can limit changes and deletion.
Hiring
Open the program's Creators tab and select Hiring. Managers add roles with Add Role and move candidates through stages. Filter by role with All roles and by stage.
Moving a candidate to Hired adds them to the program as a collaborator right away. Moving them out of Hired removes them, but not while they have a contract or submitted invoices.

Ask a manager to check your seat, and check that the team is paid.
